CompUSA, a retail based computer warehouse franchise, was looking for an interactive navigation and layout for their online music store. We provided them with seven different usability designs and navigational structures. Our design presentation and eCommerce solution was delivered and brought online in April 1999.

In addition, during the 1998 software boom, there were over 15,000 software titles which many were not available in the stores. We developed a kiosk that allowed customers to select the title they wanted and then burn it to a CD right there on the spot. During our pilot program it proved not to be cost effective.
